I am so excited to share all this information with you! You may be wondering why my page is called Sensible Girls Guide? Well, as much as I do love you fellas, most of my work comes from my journey to health and my personal experiences being a Woman. Im going to be giving you all the juicy details of what I have gone through and how I have overcome them (bye bye vulnerability!) Because of that, my heart is really drawn to women’s health, and supporting, nurturing, and empowering women to be Strong, Energized, Nourished, Sexy, Intelligent, Bold, Loving, & Empowered creatures! (That’s right… SENSIBLE Girls!!!)
Boys, still stick around though, not everything will be directed at women only. And in any case, you will want this info to pass along to your ladies, mommas, sistas, or whoever (and believe me you’ll be there hero if you do!
